Abstract
The object of this work is to try to give the answers to the following question: lt is possible to improve the functional patherns and activities of every day life in a patient who has suffered a brain stroke,with the consequences of paralysis on the left side of the body andan evolution of 28 months? Considering the treatment for the hemiplegic patient like a process of teaching-learning, for this we choose as the Method a treatment of Therapeutic exercise cognoscitive according to the Perfetti Method, we explain the bas1c concepts and the characteristic of this, continuing we describe the case, its evaluation and the physiotherapy treatment which we used based on said method.
