INTRODUCTION: To reduce the variability of nursing interventions and avoid that the patients can be subjected to care and treatments which might be of dubious utility, or even be harmful to health, as well as to prevent the omission of other care that if could be suitable, we plan to carry out a catalog of normalization of actions of intervention of Nursing Practice (NAIPE) in the approach of the deterioration of the skin and tissue integrity (DICyT). METHODOLOGY: A descriptive study of 4 years duration (2008-2012). AGREE assessment of clinical practice guidelines on pressure ulcers. Selection by consensus of nominal group of NIC interventions. Design and development of a catalog of actions NIC evaluated by the GRADE scale. RESULTS: 25 interventions NIC spread over 12 classes and seven fields of care. Preparation of a catalog with 62 specific activities (between 3-5 actions by intervention) with a force of recommendation high grade of evidence in 5 actions (8% ), moderate in 31 shares (50% ), and low in 26 shares (40% ).CONCLUSIONS: The catalog NAIPE-DICyT developed identifies the criteria of efficiency and quality of care of those actions and/or NIC activities that allow us to communicate the nature of the care and treatment of nursing in patients with damage to the skin and tissue integrity to other professional colleagues, users and other care providers; to users and to other health care providers; as well as, help managers to plan more effectively the needs of staff and equipment for the integral approach and care before this type of injury.
