Abstract
Serotonin syndrome is a clinical condition associated with the use of drugs that promote the serotonergic neurotransmission. The whole of the mental, autonomic and neuromuscular manifestations comes out from an over stimulation of the receiver of the serotonin middlemost and peripheral. It is presented a clinical case in a young woman of drug interaction by psychotropic drugs used on the treatment of anxiety and depressive episodes. This last, was thought out with the suppression of the drugs that unchained these symptoms and with the symptomatic treatment .It is discussed the etiology of the case, the precursive factors, the differential diagnose and the possible therapeutics.
