Resumo

Next, the case of a patient who has suffered superficial 2nd degree thermal burns to the hand as a result of a domestic accident is presented. Through the nursing care process, care planning is carried out, based on scientific evidence and the quality of care, always directed towards healing and avoiding the complication of injuries. The management of burns in recent years has taken different paths with very diverse treatment alternatives, the large number of products that we have at our disposal means that many of the choices are not very correct, causing them to evolve in a torpid way, prolonging their treatment. and behave like chronic wounds. With the presentation of this case, we propose a management of the burn, based on a correct initial diagnosis that starts from the debridement of the blisters as a pillar to establish the degree of severity of the same and establish a correct treatment that favors a good evolution, since the risk of infection due to the type of lesion is low, we propose management with Ac. 0.2% Hyaluronic + 1% Silver Sulfadiazine and we present the results obtained, achieving complete healing without defects or functional limitation in predefined as correct periods.
