Duelo y psicosis

Resumo

Clinicians and researchers have paid poor attention to relationship between mourning and psychosis, despite it is a Duelo y psicosis common clinical situation. This review intends to describe how mourning can be related to psychopathology of the psychosis and its course. We understand mourning as a work that can produce changes in persons suffering psychosis or psychopathology in vulnerable persons. We also analyzed how psychosis could difficult mourning elaboration in its different phases. We empha-size that mourning is an important biographical milestone that should be token into account when treating persons with psychosis.
