Abstract

83-year-old male patient who attended the emergency department for unspecified head trauma. Patient is conscious and oriented in time and space, receptive and perceptive. No language alterations are detected. Mobilizes all four extremities. Presents incised wound in the nasal septum, facial trauma with right palpebral hematoma without ocular involvement. Pain in the forearm and forearm area. Right elbow without external signs of fracture. I remember what happened so he went to the observation room and possibly admission after performing a blood test and cranial CT (computerized tomography).
