Abstract

Low back pain is a global problem and is progressively increasing due to the aging of the population. It can be said that low back pain affects all age groups and is generally associated with sedentary occupations, smoking, obesity and a low economic level. When calculating the years lived with disabilities caused by low back pain, these have increased up to 50% since 1990, especially in countries with lower incomes.
