Abstract
We present the case of a women previously diagnosed with nodular panniculitis (biopsy compatible with neutrophilic dermatosis) and multifactorial anemia with signs of hemolysis and splenomegaly, who refers reappearance of painful nodules in extremities and general syndrome. The differential diagnosis of the coexistence of these alterations is proposed, with the subsequent solution of the case
