Resumo

This article analyzes the school organization from the human nature perspective. This documental investigation is based on the critical analysis of specialized literature, supported by the authors’ reflections of their educational experience. As a result, it is concluded that the school organization is a real entity, with mission, vision, values, shared meanings, goals and objectives to fulfill. Immersed in a school culture that constitutes the core of employee’s attitudes and effectiveness and yield of the organization. From the experience perspective of the authors, it is concluded that the organization requires the commitment of people inside and outside of it, to value its humans’ value forging mission so that it reaches its transformation and that of the society it is in
