Abstract
Acute esophageal necrosis is an unusual disease and underdiagnosed. It is important to suspect it to make an early diagnosis and treatment. It's usually presents as upper gastrointestinal bleeding. We present the case of a patient with acute esophageal necrosis due to diabetic ketoacidosis.
